Why this name? A simple definition of the word energy is "the ability to work or cause change." This charity believes that change is possible. The name Energy also fits our cause very well.
Why donate to alternative energy source studies? In this world we depend too much on gasoline and oil for our vehicles and homes. Not only is the price of oil rising rapidly, but our oil reserves are also running dry. To keep a standard living we must find other sources of energy.
